Grass Roots
In 1997 Ashland Millwork, Inc. began as just a small Illinois cabinet shop with less than 5 employees. During those early days, we established a culture based on inspired vision, thoughtful planning, and diligent craftsmanship. This culture has helped us become a well respected industry supplier located in Wheeling, IL. A showroom, manufacturing and distribution facility is now occupied by more than 20 employees. Today we provide designers, architects, builders, contractors, installers, distributors, remodelers, and home owners with world class product selection. Products include: windows, doors, trim, hardware, and custom millwork.



We Are What We Believe
We believe absolute integrity in everything. There is no satisfactory substitute for excellence. Moderation in everything, including moderation. We are always seeking to acquire new knowledge, never too busy to learn something new, and we always ask "why". If we change the way we look at things, the things we look at change. We hire the best people, then get out of their way. We're not afraid of making mistakes; if we're not making mistakes, we're probably not doing very much. We like to have fun! and we don't take ourselves too seriously.

Our privately held company emphasizes cooperation and teamwork among our employees, facilities, service partners, partner_suppliers and partner_clients. Together we enable growth and add value to all that we touch. We have a deep passion for what we do and how we do it. There's no "I" in we.
